foggy coolness

another foggy, cool day at the e-land....my legacy program is in the last week, and i am fairly exhausted. time ticks on, and i hope to finally get a bit of rest soon.

the fog is here, when will the papa sun peek through again? i am catching up on the writing i promised to stay with, now having been away from midwest home for over 2 months. i have begun the journey into my year at esalen, learning about life, myself, and hope to learn massage techniques to take forward into whatever lies ahead for me.
writing, creating art, and practicing yoga are sustaining me as well as the community around me. i am blessed,
