Tuesday 9:15a-10:15a       One Boulder Fitness core focused yoga

Wednesday 7:30a-8:30a Movement Climbing &Fitness vinyasa

Thursday 6:30p-7:30p    Movement Climbing &Fitness vinyasa

Saturday 10a-11a             One Boulder Fitness yoga levels 1 & 2


Beginning Oct. 1, 2013 
 1st and 4th Sunday 2p-3:30p at Studio Be ~Yin Yoga!
This class alternates the other weeks with 2 other amazing teachers!
