I have just returned from Esalen Institute where I was trained in new methods of Esalen massage and Reiki. I am pleased and excited to now offer Reiki* as a stand-alone or complimentary healing modality to Esalen Bodywork.

*Reiki is the art of hands-on healing by means of channeling the energy of the universe, and it is both a healing art and a spiritual practice. The Japanese term means something mysterious, miraculous and sacred.
